Powder Coating

Powder coating is a process wherein paint in the form of powder is charged electrostatically and sprayed onto metal or aluminum surfaces and baked in an oven. To ensure a high quality, durable finish we employ a 4 step powder coating process:

  1. Sand blast
  2. Phosphate wash
  3. Prime with zinc rich powder
  4. Powder coat with TGIC polyester paint
